Who we are

Shoptank is operated by LibauAI SIA, a company registered in Liepāja, Latvia. On the Shopify App Store the same product is listed as "Libautech: AEO & GEO Tracker". When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean LibauAI SIA; "the service" means Shoptank at shoptank.io and app.shoptank.io.

What the service is

Shoptank tracks whether AI assistants name your brand when buyers ask questions you choose, records who beat you and which web sources each answer cited, and drafts suggested actions. You review and act on those drafts yourself; nothing is posted anywhere on your behalf.

AI assistants are run by third parties and their answers change constantly. Shoptank measures and advises. It does not control what any assistant says, and no result inside an assistant's answers is promised.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must have the right to analyse the domain you connect. Do not use the service to track a domain you have no legitimate interest in, and do not use it to spam the communities and publishers it surfaces.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, with annual billing 20 percent cheaper. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Current prices and plan limits are listed on the pricing page, which is the authoritative version.

Plan limits are counted in tracked queries and checks. If you hit a limit, the service tells you rather than silently billing more; moving up a tier is always your action, not ours.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all.

If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out fairly. Billing questions go to the email at the bottom of this page.

Your data

The queries you track, the reports generated for you, and anything you type into the service remain yours. How visitor and account data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the service, for example which engines answer fastest or how often citations change.

Fair use and acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape, or programmatically bulk-extract the service beyond the API and MCP access your plan includes. Do not use the service to break the terms of the AI platforms it observes, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you take based on reports, for third-party AI platforms changing behaviour, or for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
